DHi announces its latest publication, "Collaborations in Liberal Arts Colleges in Support of Digital Humanities," published as a chapter in IGI Global's "Technology-Centered Academic Library Partnerships and Collaborations."
The Office of Digital Humanities is happy to announce three awards from our Institutes for Advanced Topics in the Digital Humanities program from our March 2015 deadline. These awards are part of a larger slate of 212 grants just announced by the NEH.
Sonia Chaidez (Instructional Media Designer at Whittier College and Co-coordinator for DigLibArts; Whittier College's Digital Liberal Arts Center) lends her perspective to the task of planning the DH model for Whittier College's DigLibArts DH collaboratory, with a retrospective view into the DHSI2015 course, "Models for DH at Liberal Arts Colleges (& 4 Year Institutions)" led by DHi Co-Directors Angel David Nieves and Janet Simons.
Adeline Koh (Associate Professor of Postcolonial Literature and Director of DH@Stockton at Richard Stockton College) recently published an article that gives an insightful look into the relationship between the current state of digital humanities as a field, and its larger place and possibilities within the humanities in general.
